Flick Online Store Terms and Conditions
- Purchasing Products from the Flick Online Store
1.1 When you purchase from us via our Online Store, these terms will apply to you. Please read them and let us know if you have any questions. You can contact us at 0800 435 425 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
1.2 When making a purchase from the Flick Online Store, you must provide all required information (including your name, contact details, and credit card details) or we might not be able to process your order.
1.3 All orders are subject to the availability of products. If for any reason a product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on the Flick Online Store.
1.4 Where products are listed on Flick Online Store with an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel your order for those products (regardless of whether you have made payment for that order). Where you have already made payment for an order that is subsequently cancelled by us, we will refund the amount paid by you in relation to that order.
1.5 Although we endeavour to accurately display and describe the colours of the products, we do not guarantee the colour of any product delivered to you will exactly match the colour of any image of that product on the Flick Online Store (as the colours displayed on your computer system or in printed form will vary).
- Price and Payment
2.1 The price payable for products ordered by you shall be the price displayed on the Flick Online Store at the time your order is submitted (subject to clause 1.4 above), together with the applicable delivery charges. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices displayed on Flick Online Store are stated and payable in New Zealand dollars and include GST. All international purchases will be charged to your credit card at the exchange rate applicable at the time of purchase.
2.2 Products displayed on Flick Online Store, and their prices, are subject to change without notice.
2.3 When you use your credit or debit card on the Flick Online Store, the credit or debit card information is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information. We keep only some of your credit or debit card details. Your full credit or debit card details will be encrypted and securely stored by our online payment provider.
3.1 We will endeavour to despatch your order within 1 business day once we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received all amounts payable for your order. If we are unable to despatch your order within this timeframe we will endeavour to contact you and advise you of the expected despatch date. We will endeavour to provide you with email confirmation of despatch within 24 hours of despatch.
3.2 The applicable delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. Please proceed to the checkout page to determine the relevant delivery charges for your area. We reserve the right to charge additional delivery charges in the event that those displayed incorrect, for example for international or rural deliveries. If this happens we will notify you and will give you the opportunity to cancel your order and receive a refund.
4.1 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
4.2 You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
4.3 Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.
4.4 Just email us at email@example.com and we will supply you with the necessary information to make a return.
- Liability and warranties
5.1 We will meet our responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, subject to clause 5.2 if you are purchasing the products for the purposes of a business. Without limiting our responsibilities to consumers, our warranties, guarantees, and liability to you in connection with your use of the Flick Online Store and your purchase or use of the products are excluded to the extent possible by law and are otherwise limited to the value of your purchase.
5.2 If you are purchasing the products for the purposes of a business, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply.
- Changes to these terms
Every now and then, we might need to make changes to these terms and conditions, which we’ll do by publishing them right here in the Flick Online Store. As soon as any new terms and conditions are published, all orders you make from the Flick Online Store are subject to the latest terms and conditions at the time.
